Yesterday Sunday, it was kind of tough for me. I had to admit to myself that I was struggling, again with my weight. I think I was distressing and being lazy. And I'm grateful that I recognize that I was having a problem. And I'm thankful that I talk to Gary about it. And I'm grateful that I was able to take a small action in the right direction💪
